Fees

Initial visits last 75-90 minutes and are $150.00.  Individual psychotherapy fees are $150.00. Family and couple sessions are $150.00. 
 
No insurance assignment is accepted at the office; however, I will assist you in filing your own insurance.  At the initial intake session, I will determine a diagnosis as is necessary for filing insurance and all of the appropriate receipts and documentation will be provided in order for you to seek reimbursement for therapy sessions.  You may also choose to use a flexible spending account or medical spending account.  Year-end receipts are provided upon your request for claiming out of pocket medical expenses on your taxes.  You will need to contact your insurance company or employer to determine you mental health benefits.
 
Sessions are by appointment only.  Please call to make an appointment.  I am in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may be available on Tuesday or Thursday as needed.  You may call at any time to leave a confidential voicemail and I will return your call as soon as I am able.
 
Once you are an established patient you may choose to email me for any regular business needs such as receipts or to schedule or reschedule an appointment.
24 hours notice is kindly requested in order to cancel or change a scheduled appointment.  Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of $65.00. 
 

Consultation fees are $225.00 per hour.  The exact fee for service will be detailed in a consultation contract prior to consulting.
