Adult Support Group

I offer a monthly support group for adults who have completed the mindfulness training classes, and are seeking to cultivate their practice.  Members of the group share in common a desire to maintain their mindfulness practices and to continue to incorporate mindfulness practices into their ongoing growth.
The group is comprised of both adult men and women of all ages.  Members of the support group are not required to be in therapy. 
Space in the group is limited and after completing the mindfulness classes.  
The format of the group is two hours and consists of sitting meditation and discussion.  Meetings are held once a month.  The focus of the group is on indiviudal practices and both guided and silent meditations.
